I was able to cut four nice slabs out of the cedar log. The chainsaw mill let me carefully cut the slabs to avoid the rot and ensure each slab had a clean side.

This old growth white cedar log was left by loggers in a swamp. It had some rot in the middle so it was rejected as a saw log. I was able to salvage it.
